Wow what a hidden 'Cafe Gem' in Sarina that makes great espresso coffees !
Nataleshas Cafe is situated in the Woolworths complex, Sarina. This cafe provides customers with warm, friendly service, fresh food and quality espresso coffees - lots of them.
Natalie Moore is the proud cafe owner, who is a firm believer in training. Testament to her beliefs, nearly all her staff have completed Basic Barista course with me in a previous teaching role. Natalie firmly believes that training is crucial to ensure consistency of products and service that is offered to her cafe's customers. She feels it is the difference between an average cafe and an awesome cafe! If a customer has a special request, they will try their hardest to accommodate it.
Rosey has been with Natalie since her cafe was opened about 5 years ago and she works all cafe areas including as Nat's main Barista. Rosey explained that cappuccinos were definitely their customer's favourite coffee style ordered and the least being the macchiato. Nat mentioned that her coffees are well received by their customers and they use a blend from NZ which is a medium roast with subtle characteristics. The blend is purchased from a local supplier.
I asked both Nat and Rosey to share a few stories with us.
A businessman came into their cafe recently and purchased a takeaway coffee and was heading onto to Mackay. He was that impressed with the quality of his coffee that he drove back to Sarina to purchase another one from them. How awesome is that !
Social Media is an awesome tool to market any business and it is particularly valuable when your customers share their great experiences with friends on Facebook etc. Natalesha's cafe is no exception as this cafe and staff often receive wonderful comments on this site.
Well done Nat, Rosey and staff at Natalesha's Cafe. You are shining stars in Sarina and keep up the excellent standards particularly with your coffees. (Yes I'm a bit biased about coffee)
