it was the Northern Rivers and Tweed Regions of NSW turn to enjoy our Basic Barista Training.
Classes were run in the beautiful towns of Kyogle, Lismore and Pottsville Beach. It was awesome to see the smiley faces of participants once they made their first espresso coffees on commercial equipment. (there were some who we were refreshing their current barista skills too). There was even a little coffee art being poured, then their smiles became cheshire cats smiles !
I was invited in to teach Lismore's Steve's Cake and Bakery staff as well. The fine tuning of milk texturing and change of some routines is all they needed to achieve quality espresso coffees. I was lucky enough to try one of the best tasting pies from there.
